MEMBERSHIP
Please take note that the U3A courses, group activities and outings are for members only. The main reason is that our constitution provides indemnity to members against injury or damages. Members are welcome to bring guests who are visiting Stilbaai, or invite individuals whom you want to introduce to U3A. But if permanent residents of Stilbaai want to partiipate regularly, they must join U3A Stilbaai; surely R30 a year is an afffordable amount .

The following group activities are taking place:
Hiking Groups : The group hikes every Friday morning. Cheryl Worth, who has convened this group from the start, is now handing over to Andre and Hanlie Bezuidenhout. Thanks to her enthusiasm and dedication, the hiking group is without doubt our most successful group – we owe Cheryl our appreciation and thanks. You can now contact Andre at andre@andrebez.co.za.

Bird Group : Any member interested in joining the Bird Group, please contact Johan at rooyenvanjohan@gmail.com
Photography Group : A photography group has been established, any member interested can contact Lawrence at barltrop@vodamail.co.za.
Share Group : The share group meets regularly; any member interested can contact Christo at christoprins208@gmail.com.
Neuroscience Group : Stefan has formed a group interested in neuro-science discussions, contact him at stefanpretorius877@gmail.com.

There are a number of speakers lined up for next year, we have the first three months confirmed:
26 February 2018: Mike Steytler will talk about Superbugs and their treatment.
26 March 2018: Pieter van Niekerk will take us on a tour of Australia on his Harley-Davidson.
